WEB PRESS OPERATOR

The ideal candidate would have prior printing press experience or knowledge of offset printing procedures. This person would need to be able to read and understand job specifications, the skill to make a variety of precise settings of controls and the ability to perform routine operational maintenance of equipment. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure.

A pressman must be dependable, hardworking, accurate with attention to detail, able to work with minimal supervision, and able to train and supervise a small crew. You must be willing to work overtime and various shifts, on an as needed basis.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk, hear, reach with arms and hands, and to stoop, kneel and crouch. The employee will regularly lift or move up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs.

 

WEB PRESS HELPER

The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined and able to perform routine maintenance of equipment. You will be required to inspect product during production and work with press crew to obtain optimum productivity.

No experience is necessary, as we will train the right candidate. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required.

A press helper must be dependable, hardworking, able to work irregular schedules and able to work independently as well as with a crew. This person will be working in a fast-paced environment.

BINDERY ASSISTANT

A bindery assistant is responsible for efficiently handling material in the bindery department, from feeding sections into the machine to performing hand operations.

No printing experience is necessary, as we will train the right candidate. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful.

A bindery assistant must be dependable, hardworking and able to work independently as well as with a crew. You will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure.
