Tom Anderson Portrait

Tom Anderson

Tom Anderson joined the EP Graphics team starting in October 2019. Tom began his journey in the early 80’s working for a marketing firm based on print and direct mail where he managed several production departments. In 1990 he opened a bindery (Anderson Bindery Co, Inc.) and direct mailing company (Mail Connection Inc.) in Fort Wayne Indiana. He serviced many local, state, and national companies focusing heavily on helping businesses expand their marketing audience. After 20 years in business in 2010 he decided to close the businesses and begin a new page in life. He joined the team of a regional newspaper where he helped to build a direct mail distribution department; servicing not only the paper’s needs but also helping to develop many strategic commercial mailing accounts.

Now 10 years later he decided to join the team at EP Graphics, and his role is to consults with customers and help with strategic data management and freight logistical services. He has developed a vast wealth of experience with the US Postal Service and serves as a resource for our mail presort team.

Tom is a husband of thirty-five years with 4 children, and 1 grand-daughter. He is involved with his church, and several home bible study groups. He loves the outdoors, tinkering around the house, and working on cars. He is excited to be part of the EP Graphics team and develop “new possibilities” with a large organization and robust workforce, which shares similar values; of which all seems like a winning strategy.

Lisa Brown

Lisa Brown

Lisa Brown is well known and highly respected as a long-time member of the EP Graphics team. She initially joined the company working in prepress, advancing to manage the department for four years before transferring to the customer service department. She has been with the company since 1983. Lisa is married and has two children and two grandsons. Her special interests include baking, reading, and collecting kitchen gadgets. According to Lisa, her favorite thing about EP Graphics is the fact that the company is a “faith and family” centered business.

Karen Housby Portrait

Karen Housby

Karen Housby is a Customer Support Specialist for EP Graphics. Prior to starting her work with the company in 1992, she worked more than 26 years with McCormick Armstrong in several roles, including the company’s Scenic Calendar program, which is now one of the EPG publication capabilities. She also worked in order processing and product fulfillment, mail lists, postal pre-sorting and shipping. Karen considers herself a “kid at heart,” and has visited Disney World eight times. As a new employee with EPG, Karen said, “I am so impressed with the people. They have been kind and welcoming, and it is great to work with them.”

Elizabeth Sanchez Portrait

Elizabeth Sanchez

Elizabeth Sanchez is a Customer Support Specialist for EP Graphics. She has been in customer service since 2017. Prior to that, she worked in the law profession for 20 years after graduating from Kansas State University. In her free time, she enjoys reading, antiquing, visiting museums, attending outdoor concerts, and travel. When asked what she enjoys most about her role with the customer service team, Elizabeth said, “I enjoy people, and I like helping them, so it is rewarding to take their vision and make it a reality.”

Tequila Wagner

Tequila Wagner has been a member of the EP Graphics team since 2015, working in customer service and scheduling. She has been a part of the EP family for the majority of her life, since her mom, Chrisann Houston, is the prepress supervisor. She is married to Brent and they have two sons. When she is not working, she enjoys reading and spending time with friends and family. What she loves most about EP is the people she works with. “We have such a great team, everyone gets along well, and the environment is welcoming.” She couldn’t ask for a better work family.

Cindy Wendel

Cindy Wendel

Cindy Wendel has been on the EP Graphics Customer Service team since 2006, serving as an account representative for the company. She is a graduate of Ball State University, where she earned a degree in the graphic arts management program. She is married and has one daughter and two sons. When asked what she enjoys most about her role at EP Graphics, Cindy said, “Each day brings new tasks and challenges, and that keeps it interesting.”

Angie Richert

Angie Richert

Angie Richert has been part of the sales team at EP Graphics since 1998. Before joining the team, she was a buyer for a chemical company and a nutraceutical company. Prior to that, she served six years in the United States military. Angie is married and has three grown children. She enjoys gardening, running, and reading, as well as sporting events, movies, and musicals. She is a life-long member of the Catholic Church and is involved in many things at the local parish. She enjoys religious retreats, and when she travels, she likes to visit shrines. Angie said what she enjoys most about her career at EP Graphics is meeting and working with fellow employees, current customers, and potential customers. She also likes the many opportunities for growth and learning in the printing industry. She said, “I am thankful for the owners and management at EP Graphics and for the opportunity to raise my children in this community and practice my beliefs while earning a good living.”

Lori Schilling Portrait

Lori Schilling

Lori Schilling has served our customers as part of the EP Graphics sales team since 2002. Prior to that, she worked five years as a customer service representative for the company, with a focus on the agricultural and auto racing industries. Before joining the EP Graphics team, Lori worked for a graphic printing company and a financial institution. She graduated from Ball State University with a bachelor’s degree in graphic arts management and a business administration minor. Lori’s customers describe her as hard working, friendly, responsive, dependable, and caring. In her free time, she enjoys participating in a variety of sports, as well as volleyball officiating, travel, and time with family and friends. When asked what she enjoys most about her role at EP Graphics, Lori said, “I like the people and the family atmosphere. We are team players. My greatest fulfillment is watching our customers succeed and grow—to be part of that is special.”

Corey Sellers

Corey Sellers

Corey Sellers joined the EP Graphics sales team in 2016, following three years working in customer service and production services estimating for the company. Corey has more than 22 years of printing industry experience, including pre-press operations and management, print systems administration, business development, and special projects in inventory control, cost efficiencies, and quality management. He is a graduate of Ball State University with a bachelor’s degree in graphic arts management. In his free time, Corey is interested in youth sports and most outdoor activities, including golfing, fishing, and nature, as well as spending time with his two children. People describe Corey as being persistent, reliable, motivated, loyal, humorous, professional, and highly relational. When asked to describe what he likes most about being at EP Graphics, he said, “I like the teamwork and cohesiveness of the company—the way we focus on improving the customer experience and providing our customers with a sense of peace. The EP Graphics team is in the corner for our customers.”

Kyle Simmons Portrait

Kyle Simmons

Kyle Simmons is the newest member of the EP Graphics sales team, joining the company in 2018. He is not, however, new to EPG, for he grew up watching the presses run and the team members work through his father’s association with the company. Therefore, he brings a wealth of direct knowledge and experience to the team. Before joining the company, he worked as a sales representative at AT&T. Kyle holds a bachelor’s degree in business sales/management from Ball State University. He describes himself as being very competitive and uses sports as an outlet for his competitiveness, with basketball listed as his first love. He also enjoys exploring the outdoors in Idaho, his current state of residency. Others describe him as competitive, hard-working, caring, and empathetic. When asked what he enjoys most about EP Graphics, he said it is the way people in the company care for one another. He said, “I’ll never forget the first time I toured the plant after being hired. CEO Tyler Kitt and Quality Control Manager John Richert knew every person by name and knew what was going on in their lives. We didn’t pass one work station without receiving a ‘hello’ wave. That type of caring is extremely rare, even in small companies—let alone one the size of EP Graphics.”

Scott Campbell Portrait

Scott Campbell, Process Controls and Visual Lead

Scott Campbell serves as the Process Controls and Visual Lead for EP Graphics. He has effectively used his talents and skills to keep EP Graphics on the forefront of today’s industry trends. Working as a commercial photographer at one of the largest photography studios in East Texas for over 30 years, Scott embraced the transition from film to digital early.

The youngest of five, son of an aerospace technician and grandson of a master carpenter and wood carver, Scott continues the tradition of tinkering with his hands. Working with wood and other mediums, he often creates things to use with his photography. People who work with Scott describe him as dependable, creative, detailed, highly-talented, honest, and hard-working.

Scott earned his degree with top honors in Commercial Photography from Kilgore College. He has continued his education by attending many professional workshops, notably the Ansel Adams Friends of Photography, Ruth Bernhard, John Sexton, Michael Kenna, Ray McSavaney, Keith Carter, Dean Collins, and True Redd. He also attended the Graphic Arts Technical Foundation in Pittsburgh, where he specialized skills in digital imaging process controls, color management, and G7 certification.

Scott began his work with DRG in 1983, where he has developed and implemented many successful digital workflow processes during his tenure. Scott’s main focus at EP Graphics is in process controls and G7 methods, where he enjoys overcoming challenges to meeting quality standards for our printing customers.

Scott has served on the Advisory Board for the Kilgore College Photography Program and the Board of Directors of the Texas Photographic Society.

John Richert Portrait

John Richert, Vice President of Operations

John Richert has been in the printing industry for over 30 years, with experience in many areas from sales to mailing and distribution. John is a graduate of Ball State University with a bachelor’s degree in Graphics Arts Management and a marketing minor. After graduating from Ball State, John began his career with Noll Printing Company working in customer service and sales for eight years at the Huntington, Indiana and New Jersey locations. Prior to EP Graphics, John also work as a sales representative for The Dingley Press. John began his career with EP Graphic in May, 1998 as customer services manager. During his time at EPG John has had the privilege of overseeing many areas in addition to customer service. John currently oversees prepress, quality, bindery/finishing and mailing/distribution.

John has served on the Ball State University Graphics Arts Management Advisory Board and the Fort Wayne Postal Customer Council. John and his wife Angie have been married for 29 years and have three children, Christina, Sarah and Dominic and reside in Berne, Indiana.

Jan Simmons Portrait

Jan Simmons, Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Jan Simmons is a 39 year veteran of the printing industry, starting his career running printing presses for a commercial printer while attending Jay County High School. After graduating from the Ball State University Graphic Arts program, he worked his way into the plant manager position for a commercial printing company near Indianapolis where he remained for nearly 10 years. Jan started his career with EP Graphics in 1996 as the pressroom manager. After managing several departments including the bindery, material handling, and production services, he started transitioning into sales in 2003. In 2005 Jan was promoted to his current role as sales manager. When asked what he enjoys about his current role as sales manager, Jan responded, “Helping our customers, sales reps, and EP Graphics achieve their goals.”

Jan and his wife Mary have been married for 34 years. They have two grown children (Kyle and Katelyn) and one grandson (William). They reside in their hometown of Portland, Indiana.

Tyler Kitt Portrait

Tyler Kitt, President and CEO

Tyler Kitt is the President and Chief Executive Officer of EP Graphics. He is a co-owner of the company with the Muselman family of Berne IN, and serves as treasurer of DRG and other Muselman family businesses. Tyler graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Manchester College in 1984 and passed the CPA exam in 1985. In 2004, he received his master’s degree in business administration from Taylor University. Tyler began his relationship with the Muselman-owned companies in 1985 as an associate at Ernst & Young in Fort Wayne, Ind., working in the Tax and Privately-Owned Emerging Business Group. He became the corporate tax and finance manager for the Muselman-owned companies in September 1988, and served as DRG CFO from 1995 to 2005 as well as the COO of EP Graphics from 1999 to 2004 before assuming his current positions. He is an executive officer and a member of the Muselman family’s Executive Management Team.

Tyler enjoys water sports, golf, youth basketball, family times, and is committed to his personal and professional growth. People who know Tyler well describe him as thoughtful, loyal, relational, analytical, trustworthy, honest, and an effective leader. When asked what he enjoys about his current role, Tyler stated, “I love the people who I work with and work for… serving our customers.”

Tyler, his wife, Brittany, and children, Ethan, Eli, Evan and Elayna, reside in Bluffton, IN.
